Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Kitchen Tales — 30 Din Tiffin System. Because our product is an instantly downloadable digital PDF eBook & audio companion system, please read our strict No Refund policy below carefully before purchasing.

1. Strict No Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the instant digital nature of our product, once a purchase is completed and the digital files/access links are delivered, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned once access is granted. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits after purchase.

2. Duplicate Payment Exception

The only exception to this policy is an accidental duplicate transaction: If you were charged twice for the exact same order due to a payment gateway glitch, the extra duplicate amount will be refunded 100% back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days upon verification.

3. Technical Support for Access

If you face any issues downloading or opening your purchased files, please contact us immediately at kitchentales2002@gmail.com. Our support team will assist you to ensure you receive complete access to your purchased files.
