1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our product, once a purchase is completed and download links/files are generated and delivered, sales are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied. We will honor full refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway glitch, the extra amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 working days.
• Technical File Access Issues: If you experience any problem downloading or opening the PDF file and our technical support team is unable to resolve the access within 48 hours, a full refund will be processed.

3. How to Request Assistance or a Refund

If you encounter any order or payment issues, please follow these simple steps:

2. Include your Payment ID / Order ID and registered email address.
3. Our support team will verify your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card via Cashfree Payments).
