1. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation via our Cashfree Payments payment gateway, delivery occurs immediately as follows:

• On-Screen Download Page: You are automatically redirected to a secure Instant Download page where you can directly download your Kitchen Tales PDF eBook.
• Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing your personal download link is dispatched to your registered email address within 5 minutes of purchase.

2. Delivery Fees

Since all items are delivered electronically over the internet, there are ZERO shipping charges applied to your purchase.

3. Delayed or Missing Download Links

If you have completed payment but have not received your download link within 10 minutes:

1. Please check your email Spam/Junk folder.
2. Ensure the email address entered during checkout was accurate.
3. Contact us immediately at support@kitchentales.online with your payment transaction ID, and our support team will re-send your files within 24 hours.
